Biographical history
Jan Rousek (1984) je režisér, kameraman a střihač. Vystudoval historii na Jihočeské univerzitě a dokumentární tvorbu na FAMU, kde pokračuje v doktorském studiu a píše disertaci o ideologii kolonialismu v československém filmu. Na MFDF Ji.hlava v roce 2020 připravil sekci Do historie: Expedice kolonie. V roce 2022 zde uvedl svůj film Prázdná místa / A co ty, Mirečku?
